Mohammad Amir Confirms No Plans to Play for Pakistan

Former fast bowler Mohammad Amir has clearly said that he has no plans to play for Pakistan again. He believes that this is the time for young players to come forward and perform for the country. According to him, the future belongs to the youth and they should be given full support.

In a video message, Amir said that his decision is final. He will not return to international cricket for Pakistan. He added that the World Cup is coming, and it is a great chance for the younger players to shine and help Pakistan win.

Amir also shared his thoughts on former captain Sarfaraz Ahmed joining the selection committee. He said this is a good move by the PCB and it will help boost the confidence of young players. He believes Sarfaraz’s experience will be useful for the team.

He further suggested that former cricketers like Umar Gul, Shoaib Akhtar, and Sohail Tanvir should be given roles to improve white-ball cricket. He also said that Younis Khan should be brought into the system to help shape future cricketers.
