Nowshera: Three Young Siblings Die After Eating Poisonous Sweets, Mother in Critical Condition

A heartbreaking incident occurred in the Izakhel Bala area of Nowshera, where three young siblings tragically lost their lives after consuming poisonous sweets. Their mother remains in critical condition and is receiving treatment at Qazi Medical Complex.

The children have been identified as 8-year-old Maryam, 6-year-old Hareem, and 4-year-old Yoman. According to initial reports, the family had purchased sweets from a nearby shop. Shortly after eating them, the children and their mother began to feel unwell.

Local residents quickly called emergency services, but sadly, all three children could not survive. The mother was rushed to the hospital in serious condition.

Police have taken immediate action by sealing the sweet shop suspected of selling the contaminated sweets. Samples have been sent to the laboratory for analysis. Authorities have begun an investigation and assured that the incident will be thoroughly examined from all angles.
