Arrest warrants issued for Ali Amin Gandapur

The District and Sessions Court Islamabad issued arrest warrants for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur. This happened during the hearing of a case related to the seizure of weapons and alcohol. The court took serious note of his absence.
Senior Civil Judge Mubashir Hasan Chishti presided over the hearing. However, Ali Amin Gandapur did not appear in court as summoned. Because of this, the court issued his arrest warrants and postponed the hearing until September 27.
The case was registered at Bara Kahu Police Station. It involves allegations of weapons and alcohol seizure against the Chief Minister. Authorities have been investigating these claims for some time.
Legal experts believe the next hearing will clarify the case details further. They expect more evidence to be presented. The case has attracted significant public and political attention.
Meanwhile, the court’s move sends a strong message about accountability. The Chief Minister faces pressure to respond and appear in court. The coming sessions will be critical for the case’s progress.
