Senior Indian actor Raza Murad has rejected false rumours about his death that spread on social media. The Bollywood actor expressed disappointment over the fake reports and confirmed that he has filed a complaint with the police. He said this was not the first time such news about his death had gone viral.
According to media reports, multiple social media posts claimed that Raza Murad had passed away. These false stories caused stress for the actor and his family, as they received countless calls and messages. He said the situation created unnecessary panic and distress for his loved ones.
The actor accused certain people of spreading these rumours deliberately. He said some individuals seem unhappy with his existence and therefore spread lies about him. They even posted condolence messages and false details about his death. He added that the fake posts included his birthday and a fabricated death date.
