Daily Times banned in India

In yet another move to silence Pakistani voices, India has blocked access to Daily Times, a prominent Pakistani news outlet, for users inside the country.

The ban comes as part of India’s growing crackdown on foreign media, raising serious concerns over press freedom and transparency. The Daily Times confirmed that some of its content was removed from major platforms in India after legal action by Indian authorities.

Despite mounting censorship, the publication has vowed to continue reporting the truth without fear. It also urged international human rights groups to take notice of India’s increasing efforts to suppress independent journalism.
