Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar Holds Telephone Discussion with Kuwaiti Foreign Minister

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar received a telephone call on Tuesday from the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kuwait, Abdullah Ali Al-Yahya, to discuss bilateral and regional matters of mutual concern.
During the conversation, Senator Dar briefed his Kuwaiti counterpart on recent regional developments, particularly highlighting Pakistan’s concerns over India’s ongoing misinformation campaign and its unilateral actions violating international norms.
According to a statement from the Foreign Office, the Deputy Prime Minister emphasised the importance of regional stability and the need for collective efforts to uphold peace and security.
In response, the Kuwaiti foreign minister reaffirmed the strong and brotherly relationship between Kuwait and Pakistan. He expressed Kuwait’s continued support for Pakistan and appreciated the long-standing ties that bind the two nations.
