DG ISPR Visits Punjab University, Engages with Students and Faculty

LAHORE – Director General Inter-Services Public Relations (DG ISPR) Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry visited Punjab University Lahore, where he was warmly welcomed by students and university administration.
During a special interactive session, the DG ISPR answered questions from students, who expressed their strong resolve to stand shoulder to shoulder with the Pakistan Army in defending the country.
Lt Gen Ahmed Sharif also met with Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr Muhammad and faculty members. The participants praised the Pakistan Army for its sacrifices and recent achievements, including victories against hostile forces.
Students and teachers highlighted that they are always ready to support the armed forces for the defence of Pakistan. They described DG ISPR’s detailed and logical answers as encouraging and said the session removed doubts created by negative propaganda.
Participants added that the discussion provided useful awareness about disinformation and fake news, stressing that such interactions are vital to counter misconceptions among the youth.
