FIA Tightens Security at All International Airports Across Pakistan

ISLAMABAD: In a significant move aimed at improving security and curbing crime, the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has decided to enhance surveillance measures at all international airports across the country.
According to official sources, the decision was made under the directives of the FIA Director General. As part of the new measures, state-of-the-art CCTV cameras will be installed at both arrival and departure counters. This step is aimed at tackling issues such as human trafficking and organised begging.
The upgraded monitoring system will be directly connected to the FIA Headquarters, allowing real-time oversight and swift action when needed.
A circular has been issued to all immigration heads, instructing them to ensure strict surveillance protocols at every international airport in Pakistan.
