Senior leader and spokesperson of Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N), Ikhtiyar Wali Khan, has alleged that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur and former Prime Minister Imran Khan’s wife, Bushra Bibi, have quietly left the rally. According to him, Gandapur could not reach Burhan from Swabi within five hours.

Wali Khan further claimed that the rally comprised only 1,500 to 2,000 participants, including government employees. Reportedly, workers frustrated by the leadership’s slow pace have started turning back in disappointment.

He added that the harsh weather conditions have left the party workers disheartened, leading them to express anger towards the leadership. According to Wali Khan, what was touted as the “final call” for the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) might ironically signal the party’s downfall.
