Gold prices surge again after brief decline

Karachi: After a short-lived dip, gold prices have surged once again in both international and local markets.
In the global market, the price of gold increased by $37 per ounce, reaching $3,258.
In Pakistan, the price of 24-karat gold per tola rose by Rs. 3,700, bringing the new rate to Rs. 344,200. Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold went up by Rs. 3,173, now standing at Rs. 295,096.
The rise reflects continued volatility in the precious metals market, driven by global economic and geopolitical factors.
