Gold prices surge again amid global market rise


Karachi: Gold prices in Pakistan increased once again following a slight rise in the international market, where the per ounce rate climbed by $3 to reach $3,244.
As a result, the price of 24-karat gold in the local market rose by Rs. 300 per tola, bringing it to Rs. 342,800, while the price of 10 grams increased by Rs. 257 to Rs. 293,895.
Meanwhile, silver prices remained unchanged, with one tola steady at Rs. 3,410 and 10 grams at Rs. 2,923.
