Google honours Pakistan’s Independence Day with special doodle

Karachi: On the occasion of Pakistan’s 78th Independence Day, Google released a special doodle featuring the waving green and white national flag, paying tribute to the country’s freedom and identity.

The doodle quickly drew attention both in Pakistan and globally, symbolising not only the nation’s pride but also being seen by many as a nod to Pakistan’s resilience and recent success in Operation Bunyān Mursūs.

Google has been celebrating Pakistan’s Independence Day with custom doodles since 2011, often showcasing elements of Pakistani culture, history, and national symbols. This year’s design was widely appreciated by the public as a meaningful gesture of solidarity and recognition.
