Grand Opening of Riyadh Season 2025 Kicks Off with Historic Parade

Riyadh: The official inauguration of Riyadh Season 2025 took place with great splendor in Saudi Arabia. The opening ceremony kicked off with a parade at Arena Kingdom featuring over 25 floats and thousands of performers.
Chairman of the General Entertainment Authority, Turki Al-Sheikh, expressed gratitude to Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz and Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman for their leadership and strong support, which has accelerated the growth of the entertainment industry in the Kingdom.

The sixth edition of Riyadh Season’s opening parade was described as historic, with enthusiastic participation from women, youth, and children from diverse backgrounds.
The parade included floats representing various Riyadh Season events and locations, and introduced large colorful balloons for the first time, adding a unique visual spectacle to the event.
Turki Al-Sheikh revealed that the opening parade was held in collaboration with the renowned American company Macy’s, making it a distinctive and memorable event.
