Imran Khan faces possible arrest in seven more cases related to vandalism

Rawalpindi: Imran Khan, the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), is likely to be arrested in connection with seven additional cases related to vandalism, sources have confirmed. Khan, who is currently being held in Adiala Jail, was arrested in the New Town PS case after securing bail in the Toshakhana case.
Sources suggest that the police are expected to seek judicial remand for the former prime minister as investigations into these new cases progress. These cases are part of the legal challenges continuing to mount against Khan, as well as other PTI leaders and protesters involved in the recent unrest that took place in the federal capital.
Reports indicate that Imran Khan, along with several other high-profile PTI figures, including former First Lady Bushra Bibi and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur, have been named in a total of eight cases linked to the violence. The cases are part of an ongoing investigation into the aftermath of protests that have led to significant legal troubles for PTI leadership.
