India suffers setbacks in space ambitions as the EOS-09 satellite launch fails.
India’s space program suffered a major setback when its EOS-09 satellite failed to reach orbit, resulting in the complete failure of the mission.
The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) confirmed the failure on Saturday, stating that due to a technical malfunction, the rocket was unable to reach the designated orbit, making the deployment of the satellite impossible.
The EOS-09 satellite was designed for Earth observation and imaging purposes, and its failure could delay several scientific and infrastructure-related projects in India.
