unprovoked firing

In a serious escalation along the Line of Control (LoC), unprovoked firing and shelling by Indian forces resulted in the martyrdom of 5 civilians and injuries to several others. The Pakistan Army responded effectively, destroying three enemy posts and a headquarters.

According to details, the Indian army targeted civilian populations in the Khoi Ratta sector of Azad Kashmir, where 4 people, including a newborn baby, were martyred and 12 others injured. In Bagh, a shell hit a house, killing a young man and injuring his two sisters. All the injured were immediately shifted to nearby hospitals.

The Pakistan Army retaliated strongly, demolishing three Indian army posts in the Haji Pir sector. The Jhanda Ziarat post was also targeted, inflicting significant human and material losses on the enemy.

Additionally, the Indian army’s headquarters were destroyed in the Pandu sector, while in Baghsar, Pakistan’s forces shot down an Indian quadcopter. In Panag Sharif, Azad Kashmir, a small Indian drone was targeted at around 3 a.m. and was seen falling into nearby trees.
