Iran fires ballistic missiles at U.S. airbase in Qatar

Doha: Iran has launched six ballistic missiles targeting the U.S. Al Udeid Airbase near Doha, according to regional media reports.

The loud explosions heard in the Qatari capital raised concerns of escalation amid rising tensions in the Middle East. In response to the attack, Qatar has reportedly closed its airspace temporarily.
