Islamabad High Court to Hear Imran Khan, Bushra’s £190 Million Case Appeals Today

In a significant legal development, the Islamabad High Court (IHC) is set to hear petitions today (Thursday) seeking the suspension of sentences awarded to former Prime Minister Imran Khan and his wife, Bushra Bibi, in the £190 million case.
The hearing will take place before a division bench led by Acting Chief Justice Sarfraz Dogar and Justice Muhammad Asif, with proceedings scheduled to begin at 12 PM.
Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi were convicted and sentenced on January 17, prompting both to file appeals challenging the verdict. The petitions call for the suspension of their convictions and request release on bail while the legal process continues.
