Lahore ATC extends interim bail of 104 accused in May 9 cases

Lahore: The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Lahore has extended the interim bail of 104 accused individuals involved in cases related to the May 9 events.
The hearing presided over by Judge Arshad Javed saw Fawad Chaudhry and Asad Umar appearing in court. During the proceedings, jail warrants for Shah Mehmood Qureshi and Azam Swati were presented, while Aleema Khan and Uzma Khan submitted requests for exemption from appearance due to their visit to former Prime Minister Imran Khan in Adiala Jail. The visit was scheduled as part of a family meeting.
After reviewing the submissions, the ATC granted an extension to the interim bails of Aleema Khan, Uzma Khan, Asad Umar, Omar Ayub, Fawad Chaudhry, and other accused individuals, extending the bails until February 12.
