The Medical and Dental College Admission Test (MDCAT) in Punjab will be conducted on October 26, 2025. The exam will be held under the supervision of the University of Health Sciences (UHS). More than 50,000 candidates are expected to appear across twelve cities in the province. The Specialized Healthcare Department has issued orders to deputy commissioners to finalize all arrangements.

To maintain law and order, authorities are taking extra precautions. Rescue 1122, traffic police, and other security agencies will remain on high alert at all centers. Additionally, an application has been submitted to the Home Department to enforce Section 144 during the exam. This aims to prevent gatherings and ensure a smooth and secure environment.

Moreover, the government is working to ensure full transparency during the test. Senior faculty members are being assigned invigilation duties. Security clearance is underway for all examination staff to maintain strict oversight. This process is expected to minimize chances of cheating or misconduct.

The exam will be conducted in twelve cities across Punjab, making it accessible to a wide range of students. These include major cities such as Lahore, Rawalpindi, Multan, and Faisalabad. Authorities hope the smooth conduct of the exam will reflect positively on the province’s educational system.

Overall, the preparations for MDCAT 2025 are in full swing. The government and UHS are coordinating efforts to ensure a fair, transparent, and peaceful examination. With thousands of future doctors and dentists appearing, all eyes will be on how effectively the process unfolds.
