Pakistan’s newly appointed head coach, Mike Hesson, has said that leading the national team is a great honour, and his primary goal over the next two years is to bring consistent success in white-ball cricket.
Speaking to the media ahead of the Bangladesh series, Hesson said, “Bangladesh cannot be taken lightly—they’re a tough side, especially in home conditions.”
He added that his experience with Pakistani players during the PSL has helped him understand their strengths and roles better. “This team has immense talent, and we’ve developed a clear plan for utilising each player effectively,” Hesson concluded.
