Murderous attack on famous Indian singer

Popular Indian singer and former Lok Sabha candidate Rahul Fazilpuriya survived an apparent assassination attempt in Sector 71, Gurugram, late Monday night.
According to Indian media, unknown assailants opened fire on Fazilpuriya’s car on the Southern Peripheral Road (SPR). Police arrived at the scene and collected evidence, including a bullet mark and an abandoned car.
Gurugram Police PRO Sandeep Kumar told the media that a firing incident was reported, and an FIR has been registered. Initial investigations confirm that shots were fired, and the suspect has been identified.
Fazilpuriya contested the 2024 Lok Sabha elections from Gurugram on a Jannayak Janta Party (JJP) ticket and secured 13,278 votes but lost to BJP’s Rao Inderjit Singh. He is best known for his Bollywood track “Ladki Beautiful.”
