NADRA Announces Updated Fee Structure for Smart ID Cards and B-Forms for April 2025

LAHORE: The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has announced a revised fee structure for the issuance and renewal of Smart National Identity Cards (Smart CNIC) and Child Registration Certificates (B-Forms), effective from April 2025.

According to the updated details, the fee for obtaining a new Smart CNIC has been set at Rs750 for normal processing, Rs1,500 for urgent processing, and Rs2,500 for executive services.

Similarly, for the Child Registration Certificate (B-Form), the regular service fee is Rs50, while the executive service fee has been fixed at Rs500.

The B-Form is a critical document used for registering newborns and serves as the foundational record for a child’s official identity in Pakistan.
