NADRA Launches Appointment Booking on Pak ID App

NADRA launched a new appointment booking feature on Friday to improve services at its centers nationwide. Citizens can now book appointments through the Pak ID mobile app for any NADRA Registration Center. NADRA advises users to arrive 10 minutes before their appointment for smooth processing. This move aims to reduce long queues and wait times at busy service centers.

The new system helps manage crowds and streamlines operations across all NADRA centers. Citizens can book appointments easily from home using the Pak ID app. This feature enhances convenience and is expected to improve user experience significantly. Previously, many visitors faced delays due to overcrowding and manual processing.

Besides booking appointments, the Pak ID app offers many other services. Users can apply for new or renewed CNICs and NICOPs directly from the app. It also supports biometric verification, document uploads, and online payments, making the process simpler. These digital tools allow citizens to avoid physical visits unless necessary.

Additionally, NADRA modernized its online fee payment system to make payments easier for citizens at home or abroad. Users can pay fees for documents like Smart National Identity Cards and Family Registration Certificates. Payments can be made via Easypaisa, JazzCash, or e-Sahulat through the Pak ID app.

The new online fee payment system is secure, simple, and user-friendly. NADRA ensures applicants receive their documents promptly at the selected address.
