New Zealand announces 13-member squad for ODI series against Pakistan

New Zealand has unveiled a 13-member squad for the upcoming ODI series against Pakistan, featuring two uncapped players, top-order batter Nick Kelly and Pakistan-born left-arm pacer Muhammad Abbas.
Both players have been part of the Wellington Firebirds in New Zealand’s domestic first-class cricket.
Tom Latham has been appointed captain for the three-match series, as regular white-ball skipper Mitchell Santner is unavailable.
Several key players, including Mitchell Santner, Rachin Ravindra, Devon Conway, and Glenn Phillips, will miss the series due to their commitments in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025.
