Orange Line Metro Train Service Suspended in Lahore
Lahore: The Orange Line Metro Train service in Lahore has been temporarily suspended due to heightened security concerns, according to officials from the Punjab government.

Authorities confirmed that train operations have been halted from Ali Town to Dera Gujran, as a precautionary measure in response to the prevailing protest situation in the city.

Several stations along Multan Road have been closed for passenger entry, and security personnel and police officers have been deployed at key points to maintain safety and prevent any untoward incidents.

The train service had also remained suspended on the previous day, causing inconvenience to daily commuters, particularly office workers and students who rely on the metro for transportation.

No official timeline has been announced for the restoration of the service, but authorities have assured that normal operations will resume once the situation stabilizes.
