A cadet of the Pakistan Army, Sardar Arsam Abbas, has been declared the “Overall Best Foreign Military Cadet” at the Royal Military College Duntroon in Australia, according to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).
The honour was awarded during the passing-out parade held in Canberra on May 5, where cadets from various countries graduated after completing their training. The ceremony was reviewed by Australian Chief of Army Lieutenant General Simon Stuart.
According to ISPR, the prestigious award is given to a foreign cadet who demonstrates outstanding performance across all aspects of military training, including leadership, discipline, academics, and physical endurance.
The event was attended by members of the diplomatic community, including Pakistan’s High Commissioner to Australia, along with families of graduating cadets and senior officials of the Australian Defence Force.
