Rawalpindi: The Pakistan Army has shot down two Indian surveillance quadcopters in a single day along the Line of Control (LoC), sending a strong message against repeated violations of Pakistani airspace.

According to security sources, the first incident occurred in the morning when troops downed a Phantom-4 drone belonging to India’s 5 Assam Regiment in the Manawar sector near Bhimber. Later in the day, another Indian quadcopter was shot down in the Satwal sector while it was conducting surveillance inside Pakistani territory.

Defense analysts have strongly condemned these provocative acts, stating that such irresponsible behavior by the Indian military is escalating tensions in an already sensitive region. These incidents, they added, are clear evidence of the Pakistan Army’s vigilance, operational readiness, and professional capability.

They further noted that such hostile actions are deliberate attempts by India to undermine regional peace, but the Pakistan Army remains fully prepared to respond decisively to any form of aggression.
