Inter-Services Combat Shooting Championship 2025

According to ISPR, the 45th Central Meet of the Pakistan Army Rifle Association concluded at the Army Marksmanship Unit, Jhelum, with Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, Chief of Army Staff, as the chief guest.

The championship ran from October 1 to November 10, 2025, featuring over 2,000 shooters from the Army, Navy, Air Force, Civil Armed Forces, and Provincial Rifle Associations.

The Pakistan Army secured victories in all four inter-services matches, clinching the overall championship title.

🏅 Key Highlights:

  • Punjab Regiment won first place in Unit Firing Proficiency Match Group-I.

  • Sepoy Muhammad Irfan was awarded the title of Master at Arms.

  • Naib Subedar Umar Farooq (Army Marksmanship Unit) won the Army Hundred Rifle Match Trophy.

Addressing the participants, Field Marshal Asim Munir commended their performance, emphasizing that:

“Marksmanship should remain a fundamental objective of military training.”

Later, the COAS attended the Centenary Celebrations of Military College Jhelum, inaugurated the Martyrs’ Memorial and College Museum, and paid tribute to the institution’s legacy of discipline, patriotism, and leadership.
