Pakistan establishes Crypto Council; finance minister appointed as head

(Web Desk) – Pakistan has officially established a Crypto Council, appointing Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb as its head.
According to Geo News, following the formation of the Crypto Council, Bilal Bin Saqib has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He will also serve as the Chief Advisor to the Finance Minister for the Pakistan Crypto Council.
Bilal Bin Saqib, known for his expertise in blockchain technology, investment strategies, and digital innovation, will lead the council in shaping Pakistan’s approach to cryptocurrency and blockchain advancements.
The establishment of the Crypto Council marks a significant step toward regulating and developing the digital financial sector in Pakistan. The council is expected to focus on policy-making, investment opportunities, and the adoption of blockchain technology across various sectors.
