Pakistani Ambassador receives UAE’s highest civilian award in recognition of his outstanding efforts to strengthen bilateral relations between Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates. Ambassador Faisal Niaz Tirmizi was honored with the “First Class Order of Zayed II” during a special ceremony in Abu Dhabi.

The award was presented by UAE’s Assistant Foreign Minister, Khalifa Shaheen Al Marar, who also conveyed special messages from UAE President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Deputy Foreign Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

Ambassador Faisal Niaz Tirmizi has served in Abu Dhabi for the past three years. During this time, he played a key role in improving diplomatic and community ties between the two countries.

In his remarks, the ambassador said that the award was not just for him but for the entire Pakistani diplomatic team and community in the UAE. He thanked the UAE leadership, his embassy staff, and the Pakistani community for their support.

Ambassador Tirmizi also expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar for their trust and cooperation. He said this honor is a symbol of strong and historic relations between the two nations, and he is proud that the Pakistani Ambassador received UAE’s highest civilian award.
