PM Shehbaz Sharif Announces 100,000 Free Laptops for Talented Students

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has announced the distribution of 100,000 free laptops to deserving youth on merit. He made the announcement during an event marking International Youth Day.

The laptops will be given to students across all provinces, the federal capital, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Azad Kashmir. This initiative aims to support young people in their education and skill development. The programme reflects the government’s focus on empowering the nation’s youth.

Shehbaz Sharif clarified that these laptops are separate from the loan-based schemes already in place. The government will provide them free of cost.
