PM visits ISI Headquarters with federal ministers and service chiefs

Islamabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, accompanied by federal ministers and the chiefs of Pakistan’s armed forces, paid a visit to the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) headquarters, reaffirming the nation’s commitment to security and sovereignty.

During the high-level visit, the national leadership received a detailed briefing on the regional security situation, operational preparedness in response to Indian aggression, hybrid warfare threats, and the presence of proxy terror networks in the region.

The Prime Minister praised the ISI’s professional excellence and reiterated that Pakistan’s armed forces are fully prepared to counter all forms of threats. He added that the entire nation stands united behind its brave military.

In addition, PM Shehbaz Sharif, along with the Deputy Prime Minister, Foreign Minister, Defense Minister, and service chiefs, visited NAFTIC (National Intelligence Fusion and Threat Assessment Center), where he inaugurated its new state-of-the-art facility.

He emphasized the importance of a coordinated national strategy against terrorism, illegal networks, and foreign interference, stating that NAFTIC will serve as a vital platform in the fight against terrorism.
