Prisoner exchange between India and Pakistan at Wagah border

Pakistan and India exchanged one prisoner each at the Wagah-Attari border today.
According to security sources, Indian Border Security Force (BSF) personnel Purnam Kumar Shah was handed over to Indian authorities. In return, Muhammad Ullah of the Punjab Rangers was received by Pakistani officials.
The exchange was carried out under strict security. No official statement has yet been released by either side regarding the reasons behind their detention or the terms of release.
