Lahore – The 10th edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) has drawn global attention with the inclusion of several top-tier international cricketers, contrasting with the Indian Premier League (IPL), which is facing challenges due to player withdrawals and security concerns.

According to media reports, all major PSL franchises have finalised their squads with prominent overseas talent:

Karachi Kings: David Warner, James Vince, Mohammad Nabi, and three other foreign players.

Islamabad United: Alex Hales, James Neesham, amongst others.

Lahore Qalandars, Quetta Gladiators, and Peshawar Zalmi also feature a strong lineup of international stars.

Meanwhile, the IPL is struggling as players from England, Australia, and South Africa have opted out, citing security concerns and national commitments. In response, the IPL management has allowed franchises to bring in temporary replacements.
