PSL 10 franchises finalize replacements in player draft

Franchises participating in the 10th edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) have finalized key player replacements ahead of the tournament, according to a statement from the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB).

Peshawar Zalmi has secured South African all-rounder George Linde in the Diamond category as a replacement for Corbin Bosch, while Nahid Rana has been added to the reserve players’ list in the Gold category.

Islamabad United has made a partial inclusion of Australian wicketkeeper-batsman Alex Carey, who will step in for South African batter Rassie van der Dussen.

In the Silver category, Karachi Kings have strengthened their squad with Bangladeshi opener Litton Das and New Zealand’s Kane Williamson. Meanwhile, Quetta Gladiators have set aside a spot for New Zealand’s Mark Chapman.

The much-anticipated PSL 10 is set to begin on April 11 and will continue until May 18, with matches scheduled in Karachi, Lahore, Multan, and Rawalpindi. Franchises are gearing up for an exciting season, aiming to fine-tune their squads with strategic player picks.
