Rain Forecast Across Punjab Districts Till October 7

Lahore: The Punjab Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) has issued a weather alert, predicting widespread rains in several districts of Punjab starting tonight and continuing till October 7.
According to the PDMA spokesperson, westerly winds have entered the upper parts of the province, likely bringing showers to Rawalpindi, Murree, Attock, Chakwal, Jhelum, and Mandi Bahauddin.
Rain is also expected in Gujrat, Gujranwala, Hafizabad, Wazirabad, Kasur, Sheikhupura, Sialkot, Narowal, Mianwali, Khushab, Sargodha, Jhang, Nankana Sahib, and Toba Tek Singh.
The spokesperson further stated that between October 6 and 7, districts including Dera Ghazi Khan, Bhakkar, Layyah, and Multan may witness thunderstorms with rainfall. Meanwhile, Bahawalpur, Bahawalnagar, Rajanpur, Rahim Yar Khan, Murree, and Rawalpindi could face an increased flow in streams and seasonal nullahs due to heavy showers.
