Salman Khan Injured During ‘Battle of Galwan’ Shoot

Mumbai: Bollywood superstar Salman Khan sustained injuries while filming action sequences for his upcoming drama Battle of Galwan.

According to Indian media reports, the film’s first schedule was completed in Ladakh over a span of 45 days. Salman Khan was present on set for nearly 15 days, where he performed high-intensity action scenes in extreme conditions, including freezing temperatures, low oxygen, and difficult terrain.

The production team revealed that despite suffering injuries and facing oxygen shortages at minus 10 degrees Celsius, the actor continued filming after a brief rest. He has now returned to Mumbai to begin the second shooting schedule.

Battle of Galwan is based on the 2020 military clash between China and India in the Galwan Valley. The film also stars Chitrangada Singh and Abhilash Chaudhary in key roles.

While the official release date has not yet been confirmed, the film is expected to hit screens in 2026.
