Saudi Airline Resumes Flights to Pakistan After Ceasefire Between Pakistan and India

Saudi Arabian Airlines has resumed its flight operations to Pakistan following the recently announced ceasefire between Pakistan and India after several days of heightened tensions.

According to a spokesperson for the airline, flight SV-704 departed from Jeddah for Karachi, marking the official restart of service between the two countries. The same aircraft is scheduled to return to Jeddah as Hajj flight SV-3705, catering to pilgrims travelling for the annual religious journey.

This resumption comes after a ceasefire agreement that helped calm the situation along the border. The four-day conflict had disrupted airspace and flight schedules across the region, affecting commercial operations.

In addition to Saudi Airlines, several UAE-based carriers have resumed their flight operations to Pakistan and India. Updated flight schedules have been released as air traffic gradually returns to normal.
