Security forces kill four terrorists in North Waziristan operation

North Waziristan, Pakistan’s security forces have killed four terrorists during an intelligence-based operation in the Spinwarm area of North Waziristan. The operation, which took place between the night of January 14 and 15, was launched following reports of terrorist activity in the region.

According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the security forces effectively engaged the terrorists during the operation, resulting in the elimination of four militants. In addition to neutralising the terrorists, weapons and ammunition were recovered from their possession.

The killed terrorists were reportedly involved in various attacks on security forces and were also implicated in target killings of innocent civilians. The ISPR confirmed that the terrorists had been actively engaging in terrorist activities in the area.

A sanitisation operation is currently underway to ensure the complete removal of any remaining militants from the region. The ISPR reiterated that Pakistan’s security forces are fully committed to eradicating the threat of terrorism from the country.
