Sikhs for Justice call Pahalgam attack a false flag operation by RAW

Srinagar: The international human rights organization Sikhs for Justice (SFJ) has labeled the recent attack on tourists in Pahalgam, Indian-occupied Kashmir, as a false-flag operation orchestrated by India’s intelligence agency, RAW.

SFJ leader Gurpatwant Singh Pannun alleged that the attack was sanctioned by India’s National Security Advisor Ajit Doval, claiming the involvement of state-backed agencies and the ruling BJP government.

Drawing parallels with past incidents, Pannun referenced the Chittisinghpura massacre of March 2000, during U.S. President Bill Clinton’s visit to India, where 35 Sikh villagers were killed, allegedly to malign the Kashmiri freedom movement.

SFJ also announced a $500,000 aid package for the victims’ families.

Meanwhile, the All Parties Hurriyat Conference has demanded an independent and impartial investigation, stating that the attack appears to be a deliberate attempt to discredit the Kashmiri freedom struggle.

It is worth noting that the recent gun attack in the By-Saran Valley resulted in 26 tourists killed and 8 injured. Within hours, Indian media and pro-government social media launched a coordinated anti-Pakistan propaganda campaign, attempting to frame the incident in communal terms.
