TikToker Sana Yousaf Murder Case: Mother and Aunt Identify Suspect Umar Hayat

Islamabad — A major development has taken place in the murder case of TikToker Sana Yousaf, as her mother and maternal aunt identified the main suspect, Umar Hayat, during an official identification parade at Adiala Jail.

According to sources, the identification process was conducted in the presence of an executive magistrate, in accordance with legal procedure. Both women clearly recognised the accused during the lineup.

Police have confirmed that after the successful identification, they will now seek physical remand of Umar Hayat from the court to recover the murder weapon and collect other key evidence.

Earlier, the court had already approved a 14-day judicial remand of the accused. The physical remand is expected to allow police to advance the investigation and gather more concrete proof.
