“Trump Deserves Nobel Peace Prize Only If He Ends Gaza War”

New York – French President Emmanuel Macron has said that U.S. President Donald Trump would only deserve the Nobel Peace Prize if he succeeds in bringing an end to the Gaza war.

Speaking to French news channel BFM TV on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly, Macron stated that if Trump manages to halt the ongoing conflict between Israel and Palestine, then he could be considered worthy of the prestigious peace award.

He further added that while Trump aspires to win the Nobel Prize, such recognition is not granted on desire alone but only on the basis of achieving peace and ending conflict.
