U.S. President Donald Trump stirred fresh controversy with remarks aimed at pop star Taylor Swift during his ongoing tour of the Middle East. The comments were posted on his social media platform, Truth Social, where he claimed that Swift’s popularity had declined since he publicly expressed his dislike for her.
In his post, Trump wrote, “Has anyone noticed that ever since I said, ‘I hate Taylor Swift,’ she hasn’t been ‘hot’ anymore?”
