Violence against Nargis: Resham appeals to government for justice

Pakistani actress Resham has released a video message for her friend and former actress Nargis, expressing sorrow and regret over the brutal violence inflicted upon her.

Resham said, “Seeing my friend Nargis subjected to such brutal violence makes my heart bleed.”

She appealed to the government of Pakistan to provide immediate justice to Nargis and bring the real culprit to justice. Resham emphasised that such incidents are intolerable and that we must collectively raise our voices against them to ensure that such perpetrators face strict punishment.

The actress also prayed for Nargis’s swift recovery and urged the public to speak up for their rights in this matter.

She added that we need to raise our voices so that others can also stand against such incidents.
