Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur has warned that if the government continues to block his meetings with the PTI founder, his administration will not support the implementation of IMF conditions.

Speaking to the media, Gandapur said that, despite court orders, he is not allowed to meet the PTI founder, which he called essential for budget consultations. He added, “If dialogue is needed, the PTI founder is ready.”

He also criticised the current political environment, stating, “Our mandate was stolen. “The return of our mandate is vital, not just for us, but for the country.”

Gandapur further said the PTI founder has entrusted him with the responsibility of leading the protest movement again, emphasising, “This system must understand that a country cannot be run by force.”

Calling the PTI founder a symbol of the fight for rule of law and true democracy, Gandapur urged the judiciary to act boldly, saying, “The nation stands with you—make the right decisions.”

He claimed that all cases against the PTI founder are false and politically motivated, and vowed to secure his early release.
