WhatsApp has rolled out an exciting new feature that allows users to enhance their profile updates by adding temporary music clips. This addition aims to provide a more personalised and engaging way for users to share their moods, moments, and experiences.
The feature, which is being launched globally, will be available to all users in the coming weeks. It allows WhatsApp users to add audio clips to their profile updates, making it similar to the Stories feature on platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
How It Works
The music clips feature is integrated into WhatsApp’s existing status function, which can be accessed under the “WhatsApp Updates” tab. Users can share text, images, and videos that automatically disappear after 24 hours, and now, they can further customise these updates with temporary music clips.
This new functionality offers WhatsApp users an exciting way to express themselves and engage with friends and followers in a more dynamic and creative way. With the addition of music, users can now set the tone for their updates, making their status updates more lively and reflective of their personality.
