16 die in road accidents in Attock, Naushahro Feroze

At least 16 people lost their lives, and 26 others were injured in two separate road accidents that occurred on Monday in Attock and Naushahro Feroze.
In the first incident, a passenger bus travelling from Mianwali to Rawalpindi overturned near Fateh Jang in the Attock district. According to rescue officials, 10 people were killed in the crash, and 17 others were rushed to the hospital with various injuries. Traffic authorities stated that the accident occurred after the bus driver lost control of the vehicle due to a tyre burst.
In the second accident, a passenger van collided with a trailer near Morro in Naushahro Feroze, resulting in six fatalities. Nine others were injured in the crash and were transported to the hospital for treatment. Authorities reported that all the deceased were from the same tribe and were returning home after attending a wedding ceremony.
Additionally, a third incident took place near Azam Chowk in Bahawalpur, where a van overturned on the national highway, injuring three people. The injured individuals were immediately shifted to Bahawal Victoria Hospital for medical care.
