Decision on Saim Ayub’s future expected next week.

A crucial decision regarding the future of Pakistan’s young batter, Saim Ayub, is expected next week as he continues to recover from an injury sustained during the Cape Town Test against South Africa in January.
British medical specialists will conduct a detailed assessment on Tuesday, after which a final decision will be made on his participation in PSL 10, set to begin on April 11.
Despite the injury, Saim Ayub has resumed training, with Pakistani trainer Hanif Malik travelling to London to assist in his rehabilitation.
The 22-year-old opener was previously ruled out of the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 due to a right ankle injury and will also miss the upcoming white-ball series against New Zealand.
