Field Marshal meets Azerbaijani Defence Minister, agrees to enhance military cooperation

Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, during his official visit to Azerbaijan, met with the country’s Defence Minister, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov. The two leaders discussed regional security and ways to strengthen bilateral defence collaboration.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), both sides agreed to further deepen military ties and enhance cooperation in the defence sector.
Field Marshal Munir appreciated the long-standing relations between Pakistan and Azerbaijan, reaffirming Pakistan’s commitment to expanding its strategic defence partnership with the comradely nation.
